Please refer to the following policy statements before making a purchase on the One Happy Bean website.
Price promise
The price you see is the price you pay. VAT and other taxes are included in all prices.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 1 week after you receive the item. No questions asked.
You will receive a full refund minus the cost of:
- the actual cost of delivery
- postage charges incurred by us, and
- credit card debit and credit charges incurred by us.
Secure shopping
One Happy Bean use PayPal for secure payment. Your personal and financial details are never shared, online security is guaranteed, and your money is returned in the unlikely event of a problem.
Returns and refunds
One Happy Bean want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a full refund.
For reasons of hygiene we can only accept unused and opened items.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately for return instructions. For a full refund, items must be cleaned and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories and a covering letter explaining the fault.
Faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, an exchange will only be available.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
